Fees & Registration

Billing Policy

In order to benefit from the discounts, payment of the fee must be made by April 30, 2024 upon acceptance of the application by the school. Otherwise the fee must be paid without discount. Registration alone does not entitle you to the discount.

All registrations confirmed and paid during the month of March participate in a raffle for five (5) scholarships consisting of a 20% discount to be reimbursed by ASV’s financial department
Refunds for absences and withdrawals:
- Only in the case of definitive withdrawals prior to May 31, 2024, 50% of the amount paid for any concept will be reimbursed.
- As of June 1, 2024, both definitive cancellations and temporary or total absences during any of the contracted programs, for any reason, do not entitle to reimbursement. These absences also include those motivated by the application of current health regulations.

Program Fees

Learning materials, special events, lunch and afternoon snack (for Preschool students) with school insurance.

Morning, afternoon care with Bus service and Additional services with Spice up your Summer.
