The Preschool building, which is set apart from the other buildings, has 7 classrooms (each one measuring approximately 90m2) with air-conditioning and natural light. There is a meeting area for students and an area dedicated to Early Childhood Education, which is also used for nap time for students. Nursery students, who are two years old, have a dedicated play area. There are 4 play areas (around 800 m2 in all) for the other Preschool students (up to 5 years of age), each of which is equipped with different wooden and plastic playscapes and decorated with colorful patterns.

Each Elementary classroom measures around 60 m2. The classrooms open out directly onto playgrounds (around 1,500 m2 in all). Playgrounds are equipped with wooden structures suitable for the ages of the students. There are also classrooms assigned to English as a Second Language, Spanish as a Second Language, student support and a guidance office. Elementary students have the use of a computer room equipped with 30 computers and a music room, which is also used by High School students.

Each High School classroom measures around 60 m2. All students are assigned a locker for their personal belongings. Playgrounds (an area measuring approximately 1,000 m2) are equipped with sports facilities (football and baseball pitches, as well as volley ball and basketball courts). Special classrooms include a cutting-edge science laboratory, art room, and music room (which is also used by Elementary students). High School students have the use of a computer lab equipped with 30 computers. There are also areas assigned to the Spanish as a Second Language program, tutorials and a guidance office.

The school has a fabulous 1,000 m2 indoor sports hall with a capacity of 800 spectators. Our 400 m2 theater is air-conditioned and has 250 seats, enabling us to enjoy dramatic arts and music performances first hand and hold larger events for our students and their families. During the warmer months of the year, our students use of the swimming pool situated at the foot of the mountain on our property.. It includes a  2,000m2 grassy area for relaxation and leisure time. Our students have access to 2 libraries (in Elementary and High School),1 lunch room with a capacity of 450 people, where the food is cooked in the school kitchen by a team of professionals that have been contracted for this purpose. In order to update and incorporate the latest information technologies into the day-to-day running of the school, ASV has purchased resources to provide a vanguard education, taking advantage of all the opportunities available. Each classroom and office has access to Internet, either physically or through wireless technology. The school has two computer rooms equipped with 60 computers in all.
