After School

Extracurricular  Activities  are offered on Tuesdays and / or Thursdays from 4:45 pm to 6:00 pm. Students receive a snack at school.
During the first two weeks, students have a trial period to find out if the activity suits their interest.
Teachers and coaches are chosen carefully to assure quality teaching for students. Each activity must have a minimum of seven students in order to continue.
Students taking part in sports have the opportunity to enter competitions in the “Consellería”, sports federations and Mini-Olympics, together with other schools. Ballet participants take part in two festivals at ASV, one in December and another one at the end of the school term.
Participants are asked to remain in the activity for the duration of its course, to ensure the school is properly represented at these events.
Students participating in sports play in matches almost every Saturday morning, but not on long weekends or holidays. All participants must be responsible and attend majority of the matches.  Consistent attendance shows respect for their own teammates and also their opponents.
We are always open to receiving new ideas for extracurricular activities and will endeavour to investigate these for inclusion in future programmes.
