| The
first harvest is in and was enjoyed by all. The elementary
students planted, watered, weeded, harvested, cleaned and prepared
a variety of lettuces, swiss chard and radishes. Some of the
vegetables are still growing. We are looking forward to our spring
planting which will take place in January and February. Stay tuned
to Part 2! |
