Subtractive
Sculpture-

a material such as wood or stone.
Organic-

growing or expanding process. Shapes that are not regular or even, using a
combination of edges that are curved or angular
Sculpture-
A three-dimensional form modeled, carved, or assembled.
Texture-
The actual feel (roughness or smoothness) of a surface. In art, texture may
refer to the illusion of roughness or smoothness often achieved with contrasting
patterns.
Form-
An element of
art, such as you would see in a sculpture that has three dimensions.
Plaster-
When mixed with water, this
powder will harden into a chalk-like solid used to create sculptures, and
other forms of artwork.
Relief sculpture –
A type of sculpture in which form projects from a background.
There are three degrees or types of relief: high, low, and sunken. In high
relief, the forms stand far out from the background. In low relief (best known
as bas-relief), they are shallow. In sunken relief, also called hollow or
intaglio; the backgrounds are not cut back and the points in highest relief
are level with the original surface of the material being carved.
