The Eurocommittee was established on January 12th, 1991 in The Hague, Netherlands to develop cross-cultural activities among schools in Europe. At this time, students from 15 schools in Portugal, Spain, France, Germany, Denmark, and Holland participate in the project. The project focuses on a particular theme each year. The theme for 2007 was EuroBeat with students performing songs and dances related to different rhythms. The ten Grade 7 ASV students who participated spent four days living with host families in Denmark and had an unforgettable experience. Involvement in Europrojects promotes a better understanding of cultural differences, tolerance and respect and builds a relationship among students and schools for life.

El Eurocommittee se estableció el 12 de Enero de 1991 en La Haya, Los Países Bajos, con el fin de desarrollar actividades interculturales entre las escuelas Europeas. En la actualidad, participan en el proyecto alumnos provenientes de 15 escuelas de Portugal, España, Francia, Alemania, Dinamarca y Holanda. El proyecto se centra cada año en un tema en particular. El tema escogido para el 2007 fue el EuroBeat con estudiantes interpretando canciones y bailes al compás de diferentes ritmos. Los diez alumnos del ASV de 7 curso que participaron pasaron 4 días en Dinamarca conviviendo con familias y tuvieron una experiencia inolvidable. La participación en los Europrojects fomenta un mayor entendimiento de las diferencias culturales, tolerancia y respeto y establece una relación entre los alumnos y las escuelas para siempre.
